敘利亞庫德族民兵組織「人民防衛隊」（YPG）於當地時間14日表示，敘利亞拉卡市（Raqqa）的「伊斯蘭國」（IS）組織分子正處於潰敗邊緣，民兵組織這兩天或許就能完全把IS逐出拉卡。

據法國國際廣播電台報導，拉卡於2014年落入「伊斯蘭國」手中後，成為該組織在敘利亞的首都。

「人民防衛隊」發言人努里通過電話告訴路透社：「拉卡市的戰役仍在持續，伊斯蘭國組織正處於被終結的邊緣，這兩天或許就能解放這座城市。」

以美國為首的聯軍發言人則透露，過去24小時，拉卡市有大約100名IS武裝分子向他們投降。

台北市長柯文哲近來與民進黨關係緊張，他今(22)日與總統蔡英文出席2017台北市客家義民嘉年華活動時，彼此同台但距離很遠，雙方零互動。對此，柯文哲表示，要互動另外找時間、地點，不需在活動現場。

針對媒體報導，他在雙城論壇講稿是否送國安會事件後，曾主動約見蔡總統的一名核心幕僚，坦言要與民進黨保持「兩步之遙」的距離，也接受勸告，較少再對槓上民進黨。對此，柯文哲不願證實，僅反問「我為什麼要跟你講跟誰會面？」

此外，前行政院長江宜樺現在進行單車環島，外界認為他在備戰台北市長？柯文哲表示，有空去環島一下也不錯。
